MyRadAgent drafts structured reports from your dictation, worksheets, or PACS images — enforces the guidelines, protects PHI, and learns your style with every correction.

Pick a case (or paste a short scratch dictation) and watch a structured report draft itself. 5 free runs a day.
Not a generic AI chatbot retrofitted for medicine — only capabilities that exist today, each built because a radiologist asked for it.
Turn a dictation or a rough draft into a structured Findings / Impression / Recommendations report — cross-checked by frontier models from all 3 major AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), with templates for every modality.
BI-RADS, Fleischner, Lung-RADS, TI-RADS, LI-RADS, PI-RADS, O-RADS, Bosniak and CAD-RADS applied automatically — category plus management, right in the impression.
18 HIPAA Safe-Harbor identifier types are stripped before anything is sent to an AI provider. De-identification is the default, not a setting. DICOM-aware on upload.
Every correction you confirm teaches it your phrasing, section structure, and thresholds — so the drafts read more like you the more you use it.
Web app, desktop client, and Chrome extension. Loads PACS/DICOM images and works alongside PowerScribe, GE Centricity, and Cerner.
ACR critical-result flagging with negation awareness, MQSA mammography checks, and MIPS quality-measure scanning — with audit trails.
MyRadAgent is an AI radiology assistant built specifically for practicing radiologists. It's a clinical decision-support tool that drafts structured radiology reports from your dictated text, worksheets, or PACS screenshots, then learns from every correction you make so future drafts sound more like you.
Unlike a generic AI chatbot, MyRadAgent is a purpose-built radiology AI system. It enforces evidence-based ACR classification systems automatically — Fleischner, TI-RADS, LI-RADS, and others — flags critical findings, and applies HIPAA Safe Harbor PHI redaction on every input. The result is an AI radiology report writer that respects the way radiology is actually practiced.
It generates structured reports in the Findings / Impression / Recommendations format and works alongside PowerScribe, GE Centricity, and other RIS / PACS systems your hospital already uses.
Works alongside your existing PACS/RIS. No integration required to start.
Paste worksheet text, dictate by voice, or snip images directly from PACS (Win+Shift+S / Cmd+Shift+4).
MyRadAgent generates a structured report — findings, impression, recommendations. Guidelines applied automatically; critical findings flagged.
Edit inline, then confirm. Your corrections feed the learning loop so tomorrow's draft is closer to your exact style.

The web app does the whole job. The Windows desktop client does it without you leaving the reading station — it sits alongside your PACS and dictation software and takes the copy, paste and window-switching out of the loop.
Available now: GE Centricity — the deep DICOM integration, tuned and in daily use — plus generic DICOM export: if your PACS can write DICOM to a folder, the client can read it.
Also available now: Fujifilm Synapse and Merge PACS through window-level integration — the client recognises browser- and Citrix-hosted viewers, so the hotkeys and image capture work right in the viewer, in daily clinical use. One keypress registers any viewer it doesn't recognise yet.
On a different PACS? Tell us which one — it moves up the list.
The trial runs in the browser — no install, no IT ticket. The desktop client unlocks on any paid plan.

Quick answers. Longer versions on the pricing page and privacy policy. You can also try our free radiology guideline calculators — Fleischner, ACR TI-RADS and Bosniak — without signing up.
No. The free trial runs entirely in the browser. The Windows desktop client — which reads studies straight from your PACS and writes the report back into PowerScribe — unlocks on any paid plan. It is tuned for GE Centricity's deep DICOM integration, works with Fujifilm Synapse and Merge PACS through window-level hotkey integration, and supports generic DICOM export from any PACS.
GE Centricity is the deep DICOM integration, tuned and in daily use. Fujifilm Synapse and Merge PACS work today through window-level integration — hotkeys and image capture directly in browser- and Citrix-hosted viewers — and one keypress registers any viewer the client doesn't recognise yet. Any PACS that can export DICOM to a folder also works through the generic path. On something else? Tell us yours.
No. MyRadAgent is a clinical decision-support tool. Every output is a draft intended for review and signature by a licensed radiologist. See the clinical disclaimer.
MyRadAgent Core™ — a clinical reasoning layer built on frontier models from all three major AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), cross-checked in consensus. We're not locked to any one vendor: we've evaluated 15+ model versions in production this year and upgrade within days of each lab's releases, so your drafts are never running on last quarter's AI. We do not train foundation models on your data.
Text is passed through automated HIPAA Safe Harbor redaction before any external model call. Images are forwarded only to BAA-eligible vendors. We're in active BAA negotiation with our upstream AI and infrastructure providers. During the beta, use de-identified data only.
No — it works alongside your existing PACS/RIS/dictation system. Use it for the drafting step; keep your institutional signing and distribution workflow.

The best AI radiology assistant is the one designed by a practicing radiologist for the actual reporting workflow. Generic AI tools are not tuned to radiology lexicon, structured-report conventions, or evidence-based guidelines like Fleischner, TI-RADS, LI-RADS, Bosniak, and Lung-RADS. MyRadAgent is purpose-built around all of these and learns each radiologist's individual style through correction-learning rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all output.
An AI radiology report writer accelerates the drafting step — turning worksheets, dictation, or images into a clean, structured Findings/Impression/Recommendations report ready for review. Properly designed radiology AI applies guideline-based recommendations automatically (e.g., Fleischner follow-up for incidental nodules), flags critical findings, and standardizes language across studies. The radiologist remains the signing physician; the AI is a drafting tool, not a diagnostic replacement.
No. AI is a drafting and clinical decision-support tool — it accelerates the most repetitive part of the workflow (initial structured drafts) so radiologists can spend more time on perception, image review, complex correlation, and patient-facing tasks. Every output of MyRadAgent is intended for review and signature by a licensed radiologist. Liability, judgment, and final interpretation remain with the human radiologist.
Yes. When a pulmonary nodule is described, MyRadAgent drafts the appropriate Fleischner Society follow-up recommendation into the impression, and the same applies to other major ACR classification systems where clinically relevant. You can check the logic yourself on the free Fleischner calculator and the Lung-RADS vs Fleischner guide.
Enterprise deployment (BAA, SSO, on-prem vector store) is on the roadmap — email support@myradagent.ai with "Enterprise" in the subject to talk through your setup.
