What is MyRadAgent?

MyRadAgent is an AI radiology assistant built specifically for practicing radiologists. It is a clinical decision-support tool that drafts structured radiology reports from your dictated text, worksheets, or PACS screenshots, then learns from every correction you make so future drafts sound more like you.

Unlike a generic AI chatbot, MyRadAgent is a purpose-built radiology AI system. It enforces evidence-based guidelines automatically (Fleischner Society, TI-RADS, LI-RADS, Bosniak, Lung-RADS, CAD-RADS, PI-RADS, O-RADS, BI-RADS), flags ACR-defined critical findings with negation awareness, and runs every text input through HIPAA Safe Harbor PHI redaction before any large language model ever sees it. The result is an AI radiology report writer that respects the way radiology is actually practiced.

Whether you call it a radiology AI assistant, an AI for radiologists, an automated radiology reporting tool, an AI radiology copilot, or simply AI radiology software — MyRadAgent is what you get when a board-certified radiologist designs the workflow end-to-end. As a radiologist AI tool, it produces structured reports in the Findings / Impression / Recommendations format your hospital already expects. Built for private practice, teleradiology, academic centers, and resident teaching, MyRadAgent is AI-powered radiology reporting designed by the people who use it.

Built for the actual reporting workflow

Not a generic AI chatbot retrofitted for medicine. Every feature exists because a radiologist asked for it.

📋

Structured drafts

Paste worksheets, dictations, or findings. MyRadAgent returns a clean, structured report with Findings / Impression / Recommendations sections ready to sign.

🩻

Vision analysis

Upload radiographs, CT, MRI screenshots, or multi-view studies. Get finding detection, measurements, and correlation across views from MyRadAgent Core™ — our proprietary consensus engine tuned against thousands of radiologist-verified reports.

📐

Guideline enforcement

Fleischner, TI-RADS, LI-RADS, Bosniak, CAD-RADS, Lung-RADS, PI-RADS, O-RADS, and AJCC staging are applied automatically when relevant findings are detected.

🧠

Learns from your edits

Every correction you make teaches MyRadAgent your preferred phrasing, section structure, and finding thresholds. The more you use it, the more it sounds like you.

🔒

PHI-aware by design

HIPAA Safe Harbor redaction of all 18 identifier types happens before any text reaches an LLM. DICOM metadata stripping on upload. PHI crop regions for screen-recorded videos.

MIPS & critical alerts

ACR-compliant critical finding detection with negation awareness. MIPS quality measure compliance scanning built in. Audit trails for everything.

Three-step workflow

Works alongside your existing PACS/RIS. No integration required to start.

1

Input

Paste worksheet text, dictate via voice, or snip images directly from PACS (Win+Shift+S / Cmd+Shift+4).

2

Draft

MyRadAgent generates a structured report with findings, impression, and recommendations. Guidelines applied automatically. Critical findings flagged.

3

Review & sign

Edit inline. Confirm. Your corrections feed the learning loop so tomorrow's draft is closer to your exact style.

Who it's for

Practicing radiologists in private practice, teleradiology, and academic settings. Residents under attending supervision. Anyone whose reporting workflow involves structured output and evidence-based recommendations.

Frequently asked

Quick answers. Longer versions on the pricing page and privacy policy.

Is this an autonomous diagnostic tool?

No. MyRadAgent is a clinical decision-support tool. Every output is a draft intended for review and signature by a licensed radiologist. See the clinical disclaimer.

What AI does it use?

MyRadAgent Core™ — a proprietary clinical reasoning engine built on top of frontier-grade large language and vision models, tuned against thousands of radiologist-verified reports, a continuously-updated clinical knowledge base, and study-type-specific prompt templates. Study weighting is configurable per user. We do not train foundation models on your data.

How is patient data protected?

Text is passed through automated HIPAA Safe Harbor redaction before any external model call. Images are forwarded only to BAA-eligible vendors. We're in active BAA negotiation with our upstream AI and infrastructure providers (as of April 2026). During the beta, use de-identified data only.

Does it replace my reporting software?

No — it works alongside your existing PACS/RIS/dictation system. Use it for the drafting step; keep your institutional signing and distribution workflow.

What does it cost?

Free beta trial (25 report generations over 7 days, no credit card). Paid tiers start at $99/month. See full pricing.

What is the best AI radiology assistant?

The best AI radiology assistant is the one designed by a practicing radiologist for the actual reporting workflow. Generic AI tools are not tuned to radiology lexicon, structured-report conventions, or evidence-based guidelines like Fleischner, TI-RADS, LI-RADS, Bosniak, and Lung-RADS. MyRadAgent is purpose-built around all of these and learns each radiologist's individual style through correction-learning rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all output.

How does AI help radiologists write reports?

An AI radiology report writer accelerates the drafting step — turning worksheets, dictation, or images into a clean, structured Findings/Impression/Recommendations report ready for review. Properly designed radiology AI applies guideline-based recommendations automatically (e.g., Fleischner follow-up for incidental nodules), flags critical findings, and standardizes language across studies. The radiologist remains the signing physician; the AI is a drafting tool, not a diagnostic replacement.

Will AI replace radiologists?

No. AI is a drafting and clinical decision-support tool — it accelerates the most repetitive part of the workflow (initial structured drafts) so radiologists can spend more time on perception, image review, complex correlation, and patient-facing tasks. Every output of MyRadAgent is intended for review and signature by a licensed radiologist. Liability, judgment, and final interpretation remain with the human radiologist.

Is MyRadAgent HIPAA-compliant?

MyRadAgent applies HIPAA Safe Harbor de-identification across all 18 identifier types before any text reaches an external large language model. DICOM metadata is stripped on upload. PHI crop regions are mandatory for screen-recorded video uploads. We're in active Business Associate Agreement (BAA) negotiation with our upstream AI and infrastructure providers (as of April 2026). During the public beta, please use de-identified data only.

What is multi-engine AI consensus and why does it matter?

Multi-engine consensus runs your input through several frontier-grade AI models in parallel, computes finding-level agreement between them, and weights the merged output by historical per-engine accuracy. The practical effect: hallucinations get caught when the engines disagree, and confidence scoring tells the radiologist where the AI is most certain versus where careful human review is warranted. This is the core technical differentiator behind MyRadAgent Core™.

Does MyRadAgent automate Fleischner Society follow-up?

Yes. When MyRadAgent detects a pulmonary nodule with size and density characteristics, it auto-applies the appropriate Fleischner Society 2017 follow-up recommendation (or flags non-compliance with MIPS Quality Measure 364). The same gate-checking applies to TI-RADS for thyroid ultrasound, Bosniak for renal cysts on CT/MRI, Lung-RADS for screening LDCT, LI-RADS for at-risk liver imaging, and the rest of the major radiology classification systems.

Can MyRadAgent integrate with my PACS or RIS?

MyRadAgent works alongside your existing PACS, RIS, and dictation system without requiring integration. Use it for the drafting step — paste worksheets, snip PACS screenshots (Win+Shift+S / Cmd+Shift+4), or dictate findings — and keep your institutional signing and distribution workflow unchanged. Direct PACS/RIS integration is on the roadmap for the enterprise tier.

Can I use this in my institution?

Enterprise deployment with BAA, SSO, and on-prem vector store is available. Email support@myradagent.ai with "Enterprise" in the subject.
