What counts as a "generation"?

Every billable AI call — Perfect, Redo, Challenge, Merge, Multiview, X-Ray, Impression rewrite, Batch. A single radiology case typically uses 1-3 generations depending on how many redos you run. Failed generations don't count. Your Practice tab shows real-time usage.

What happens if I exceed my tier?

Overage charges apply at $0.40/call. You'll always finish the report you're working on — no hard stops mid-case. You can upgrade tiers anytime from your billing portal.

Is my patient data used to train models?

No. We do not train foundation models on your data. PHI is redacted from text inputs before any third-party LLM call. Your corrections improve your own RAG and style memory — they do not cross-pollinate to other users' accounts.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes, for Enterprise customers and for Professional+ customers on request. Email support@myradagent.ai with "BAA request" in the subject.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted (except audit logs, which are retained 7 years for compliance). You can export everything at any time via Settings → Export Data.

Annual billing?

Yes, annual plans save 2 months (equivalent to a 17% discount). Select annual at checkout.
