Clinical Disclaimer
Intended Use
MyRadAgent assists licensed radiologists and qualified trainees by generating structured radiology report drafts from user-supplied text, worksheets, and images. Every output is a draft intended for human review, edit, and confirmation before being signed, distributed, or incorporated into a patient record.
Professional Responsibility
- The radiologist of record remains solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness of any report they sign.
- AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You must verify every finding against the source imaging and clinical context before acting on it.
- Classification system applications (BI-RADS, O-RADS, LI-RADS, Fleischner, TI-RADS, CAD-RADS, Bosniak, PI-RADS, Lung-RADS, AJCC staging, etc.) are applied as drafts only; the radiologist must independently confirm the appropriate category for each case.
- Follow-up recommendations, including those derived from guideline modules, must be reviewed for clinical appropriateness to the specific patient.
Limitations
- Vision analysis is trained on general medical imaging and may miss subtle or atypical findings.
- The system does not have access to the full patient chart; clinical context must be provided by the user.
- The system is not a substitute for peer review, tumor board review, or second reads when those are indicated.
- Critical findings flagged by the system must be independently verified and communicated per your institution's critical-results policy (ACR Practice Parameter for Communication).
No Patient Use
This service is for use by medical professionals only. It is not intended for direct patient use, and the outputs should not be interpreted by patients. If you are a patient, please consult with your healthcare provider about your imaging.
Medicolegal
Use of MyRadAgent does not create a physician-patient relationship between the operator of this service and any patient. Malpractice, professional liability, and clinical-accountability obligations remain with the treating physician and their employer or practice.
Report Marking
We recommend that any report generated with AI assistance be marked as such in your institution's record — for example: "Generated with AI assistance; reviewed and confirmed by radiologist of record." Many institutions and jurisdictions now require AI-assisted workflow disclosure; consult your compliance and legal teams.
Safety Reporting
If you believe the system produced a clinically dangerous output, email support@myradagent.ai with the report ID and a brief description. We review every safety report.
